My path has always been shaped by curiosity, intuition, and a desire to understand what makes us feel connected, whole, and alive.

My academic journey began in the sciences, with a B.Sc. in Biology and Psychology, and later an M.A. in Music Cognition, where I explored music-induced empathy and neural synchronization. Eventually, my work turned more inward and relational, leading me to complete a Master’s-level certification in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy – a bridge between body, mind, and meaning.

Professionally, my passion for communication has led to a career in writing that’s as eclectic as my interests. I’ve written on everything from travel and art to psychology and spiritual wellness, always with the intent to honour nuance and write with care.

In 2015, an unexpected and intense awakening experience changed the course of my life. What followed was a deep dive into consciousness, trauma healing, and spiritual inquiry — a journey that’s taken me across cultures and lineages, guided by teachers and practices that have shaped how I live and serve.

Today, I integrate these threads – scientific, spiritual, creative, and therapeutic – into the work I offer. Whether I’m holding space through bodywork, counselling, or words, my intention is the same: to support others in feeling more embodied, more resourced, and more at home in themselves.
