Each session is personalized and takes place in a safe and grounded environment, where we explore your current needs and co-create a unique experience together. My approach blends gentle touch, energy work, massage techniques, sound and vibrational healing, and breathwork with traditional talk therapy and somatic counselling, offering an intentionally integrative process.
After over a decade of study and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a multifaceted approach that honours the innate intelligence of the body–mind system. My toolkit includes a range of therapeutic methods such as: Rebalancing™ Bodywork, Thai massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, energy healing, and practices rooted in Shamanic and Earth Medicine traditions. I also hold certifications in Breath & Movement for Trauma Healing, Subtle Body Yogic Anatomy, Theta Channelling, Cellular Transformation™, and Sound Trance Therapy, and I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
Alongside these body-based and energetic practices, I integrate trauma-informed approaches drawn from my degree in integrative psychotherapy, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems, psychoanalysis, and somatic therapy. This creates a grounded, comprehensive container for healing, attuned to both the nervous system and the psyche.
For those who prefer to work from the comfort of their own space, I also offer online counselling. Through a somatic lens, I bring the depth of body-centred support into virtual sessions, allowing you to access care and connection wherever you are.
