My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and body-aware.
Rooted in years of psychosomatic, relational, and contemplative study, I support a process that honours the intelligence of the whole system: body, emotions, mind, and your unique human experience. The aim is not to “fix,” but to help you listen more deeply, build self-trust, and allow meaningful change to unfold in a way that feels embodied and sustainable.
In our sessions, we may work with:
somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
breath and gentle embodied attention
relational patterns and emotional themes
reflective dialogue and inquiry
grounding practices that support integration into daily life
Over more than a decade of study and experience, I’ve developed an integrative approach that honours the complexity of both body, mind and soul. My work is informed by certifications in somatic and mindfulness-based practices, integrative psychotherapy, and body-centred disciplines.
Alongside this, my background includes study in yoga and subtle body traditions, Rebalancing bodywork, Thai-style massage, trance and sound-healing, as well as Shamanic Earth-Centred approaches to healing. These influences come together in a grounded, reflective process that supports awareness, integration, and embodied change.
Online sessions make it possible to access this depth of support from the comfort of your own space. Even at a distance, the body remains an essential part of the process.
If this way of working resonates, I welcome you to reach out. I would be glad to explore how we might work together in support of your growth, integration, and sense of wholeness.
